Our service includes:

 

* Shipping closed loan files to investors and notes to warehouse banks,

   if applicable, within 24 hours of closing

 

* Securely email copies of signed documents to purchasers and sellers

   within 24 hours of closing

* Prepare the recording package and send it to the County Clerk’s Office

   for recording within 48 hours of closing

​

* Pay off existing mortgages and/or judgments

​

* Title policy preparation

​

* Disburse all checks to include homeowner's insurance, home warranties, homeowner's association fees, etc.

* Return recorded documents to the appropriate parties, i. e. lenders/buyers within 30-60 days of closing

* Obtain all title-related releases and ensure accurate recording within specified time frame.
